Many students love learning about the world but have few meaningful ways to engage with that knowledge.
The Geography Challenge gives curious middle schoolers a national competition designed to recognize and reward knowing about the world.

Students compete individually and apart from their school. That means that they are on equal footing whether they attend public school, private school, or are homeschooled.

Register
Parents register their student for the Online Qualifying Exam.
Compete Online
Students complete the challenge from home on a scheduled date.

Advance & Be Recognized
Top performers qualify for the invitation-only National Championship.
📦 After competing, all students receive a Geography Fun Kit in the mail including learning materials, a certificate of achievement, and a few fun reminders designed to celebrate curiosity and extend learning beyond the challenge
